oy oh Boy! I have a new type endeavor! Check out Daily Drop Cap! An illustrative initial every day. This is going to be a really fun project that I hope can evolve into a lot of different applications. But for now, prettify the internet! Anyway, I'm very excited about this project and excited to see how people end up using the caps!

I love the caps. Wish they had transparent backgrounds so i could use them on my blog. Still they are fun to see.

We got so excited about this we broke all typographic common sense and used three drop caps in one post. Thanks for this; you're fantastic.

This is brilliant! I'm so glad I discovered you, your amazing work, very cool blog, and ingenious Daily Drop Cap site. I created an Inspiration Board at work and I would love to share the Jessica Hische's Daily Drop Cap with the other designers. Would you mind at all? and of course I'll make your name and site info big and prominent! =D

feel free to share! It can be shared as much as you like as long as it's not for commercial purposes.

Nope! Just eye-candy for us fellow designers ;-) Thanks again!

I'm glad to have come across your Drop Caps project - I've been using Times html text for drop caps on my blog posts, but I'm gonna integrate your letters now!
